It’s a very special bond, which is why you probably worry about what might happen to your pet if you are taken into hospital or if you have to vacate your home in the event of an emergency such as a flood or fire.

This is where our FREE Pet Lifeline scheme can help*.

Developed with input from local emergency service workers, the scheme provides the following exclusive benefits free of charge to REGISTERED MEMBERS:

A preliminary Home Visit to take all necessary details about you and your pet(s)
A guaranteed response, any time day or night, to collect your pets in specified circumstances including emergency hospital admission, fire or flood or in the event of your death
Up to 10 days free kennelling whilst you are in hospital or your home is being repaired
Regular updates for you or your family on your pets welfare if you are taken into hospital
Compassionate re-homing service in the event of your death or your inability to continue to care for your pet
