At London Wildcare, we are able to draw upon years of
experience to offer a variety of training courses which
include:
Wildlife Rescue & First Aid
Wildlife Crime and Legislation
Wildlife Habitats and Ecosystems
Wildlife Gardening
Individual Species Courses (Eg Deer Ecology)
Bespoke courses encompassing
various topics
Previous clients include Metropolitan Police,
Bromley Parks Rangers, various Parks
Friends groups, Local and National Wildlife
and Animal Welfare Charities and College
Students studying at NVQ and HND levels.
Our Beddington Park facility can offer half
day sessions for up to 12 delegates for as
little as £35 per person including buffet lunch
and refreshments. This is an ideal setting if
animal handling or first aid training is required
as part of the session.
Our Wandsworth Common facility can
accommodate up to 30 delegates for full or
half day sessions. The Centre has a range of
educational material and full AV facilities as
well as its’ unique setting on the common,
allowing for fieldwork and habitat studies to be undertaken. Lunch and refreshments can be provided and costs per delegate can be negotiated according to your specific requirements.
In addition to our training work, we are able to offer consultancy services at competitive rates where humane wildlife management or species protection may be required, for example on large construction sites which threaten resident wildlife. This service is especially important where a need exists to demonstrate compliance with wildlife legislation such as the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, Badgers Act 1991/2 or the Countryside & Rights of Way Act 2000.
