slugs and a toy owl.

Explanation of the morning’s activities, handing out bark-rubbing equipment and magnifiers.

Scavenger walk to pond.

Safety talk! Feed ducks and swans with wholemeal bread, explain about helping ducks. Each group enjoys pond
dipping and talking about the animals they find.

Walk back, completing scavenger hunt.

Creating a collage picture. Children can make their own nature frieze, using their gathered treasures.
